How long should I charge my Deenobrush each time?

You should charge your Deenobrush for a minimum of 24 hours before first use. With each charge your brush will last between 3-4 weeks before requiring another charge, after which time it will require an additional 24 hours on the charging base.


How do I replace the battery?

The toothbrush has a non-replaceable battery. When it eventually dies, you'll need to change your toothbrush. We strongly advise you not to attempt to replace the battery yourself since it is not designed to be taken apart! That said, the battery has a lifespan of about 3-4 years so it lasts for quite a while.


How can I use it when my smartphone is not connected?

You can use your toothbrush without connecting it to your smartphone. Your brushing will still be monitored and recorded for that session. Each time remember to connect your toothbrush to your phone using the sync button in the child's profile to register that brushing session


Where is the app on Amazon Fire?

Currently we are only available on the iOS and Android operating systems.


Are refill heads from other brands compatible on the Deenobrush or vice –versa?

The Deenobrush will only work with the correct official Deenorefill heads, neither will these heads work on other brand toothbrushes.


How often should I replace the heads?

Many dentists advise users to change the toothbrush head of an electric toothbrush at least every 2-3 months, and some suggest as often as every 6 weeks! We suggest you replace your toothbrush head as soon as you notice the bristles are not as rigid anymore since you want the brush head to be in great shape in order to brush your teeth correctly.


Can multiple users share a toothbrush?

While it is possible for you to change the toothbrush head for others to use, we don't recommend you share your toothbrush with other people as the toothbrush will be recording your brushing habits. To get around this problem, it is possible to disconnect your toothbrush profile to avoid recording the wrong information.


Can multiple users share the same account?

Yes! The app is designed to be family friendly. With one account, you can add several children (even yourself if you fancy using a Deenobrush) and collect data from several different toothbrushes. You'll need to remember to connect each new toothbrush to your profile however so the data is synced and downloaded correctly.


Is the toothbrush waterproof?

Yes. The Deeno-saurtoothbrush is designed to work to a depth of 1 meter for up to half an hour without damage. Why you would choose to brush your teeth while underwater is a mystery to us, but we applaud your persistence.


What does Deeno do with my brushing data?

Your data belongs to you and you only or an account owner (a parent for a child). Data is stored on Deeno’sservers in order to offer better data management to you. Do I need a special charger if I travel with my DeenoBrush?

Travel tip: the Deenocharger can be used with common worldwide voltages between 100-240V AC, at either 50 or 60Hz. A simple plug adapter is all that is required.


Why do I feel a tickling sensation when I use the brush?

You may experience a slight tickling/tingling sensation when you use your brush for the first time. As you become accustomed to brushing with a sonic toothbrush, this sensation diminishes.


The brush head chatters against my teeth. What can I do about this?

To avoid this, keep the brush head properly oriented, with the bristles placed on the gumlineat a slight angle.
